    • When receiving a written request for document issuance from subcontractors, respond in writing within 15 days of the request date.
    Prohibition of Unfair Special Agreements
    • Do not establish contract conditions that unfairly infringe or restrict subcontractors' interests.
    • Unfair Type 1: Agreements requiring matters not stated in writing
    • Unfair Type 2: Agreements transferring costs related to complaint handling, industrial accidents, etc. that are the prime contractor's burden

    Prohibition of Unfair Subcontract Payment Determination
    • Do not determine subcontract payments lower than the lowest bid amount.
    • For negotiated contracts, do not determine subcontract payments lower than direct construction costs*.
      * Sum of materials, direct labor, and expenses in the prime contract
    Prohibition of Forced Purchase of Goods
    • Do not force purchase of specific goods without justifiable reasons.
    Advance Payment
    • When receiving advance payments from clients, pay them according to the content and ratio within 15 days from the receipt date..
    • When concluding subcontract agreements after receiving advance payments, pay advance payments within 15 days from contract date.
    • When exceeding legal deadlines, pay delayed interest at annual 15.5% (announced rate) for excess days.
    Prohibition of Unfair Contract Cancellation and Receipt Refusal
    • Do not arbitrarily cancel contracts or refuse to receive or accept deliverables when there are no attributable causes to subcontractors.
    Inspection Standards, Methods, and Timing
    • Provide written notification of inspection results within 10 days of the progress inspection request date.

    • Do not demand or misappropriate technical data without justifiable reasons.
    • When demanding technical data for justifiable reasons, issue technical data provision request forms containing legally required items* in advance.

    Unfair Financial Support
    Do you provide or trade funds such as advances and loans to specially related parties (affiliates, etc.) at lower or higher compensation or in significant amounts compared to transaction conditions with other business entities?
    (Acts such as lending funds to affiliates at low interest rates, non-collection or delayed collection of loans and loan interest, etc.)
    Unfair Asset Support
    Do you provide or trade assets such as real estate, securities, and intangible property rights to specially related parties at lower or higher compensation or in significant amounts compared to transaction conditions with other business entities?
    (Acts such as purchasing corporate promissory notes issued by affiliates at discount rates lower than those for non-affiliate purchases, etc.)
    Unfair Personnel Support
    Do you provide or trade personnel to specially related parties at lower or higher compensation or in significant amounts compared to transaction conditions with other business entities? (Cases where personnel are provided for business support but personnel costs are borne by the supporting company, etc.)
    Adding Transaction Stages
    Even if trading goods or services with other business entities would be considerably advantageous, do you add affiliates with no or minimal transaction roles to the transaction stages or conduct transactions through them?
    Unfair Trade Refusal
    Do you refuse to initiate transactions with specific business entities, discontinue continuous trading relationships, or limit the quantity or content of traded products?
    Price Discrimination
    Do you trade at significantly favorable or unfavorable prices according to trading regions/counterparts without objective standards for establishing transaction price differentials?

    Unfair Below-Cost Sales
    Do you supply products at a total sales cost that is below the cost to exclude competing business entities?
    Unfair High-Price Purchases
    Do you purchase goods/services at higher compensation compared to normal transaction prices to exclude competing business entities?
    Unfair Customer Inducement
