Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO 37001)
Anti-Bribery Management System
The Anti-Bribery Management System is a management system that establishes internal regulations and work procedures to enable organizations to prevent, detect, and respond to corruption, and continuously improve and manage them.
(Established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in October 2016 / Published by the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards in November 2017)
Purpose of Introduction
POSCO A&C aims to strengthen its commitment to ESG management and compliance by introducing the Anti-Bribery Management System. This initiative will help secure sustainable growth drivers, including the establishment of proactive monitoring systems for corruption and a culture of integrity. (First certified in 2023)
Anti-Bribery Policy
POSCO A&C introduces the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) to conduct business based on transparent procedures and trust in pursuing and implementing design, construction management (CM), and green remodeling projects. All employees recognize the anti-bribery policy and comply with the following:

  • 1. The establishment of the anti-bribery management system and promotion of our company's ethical management are based on this policy, and all company business must comply with this policy.
  • 2. We prohibit all corrupt practices, including improper solicitation and receipt of money and goods, and conduct fair transactions with subcontractors as a principle.
  • 3. We thoroughly comply with all laws, internal regulations, and related international standards for corruption prevention.
  • 4. We immediately report potential corruption and corrupt practices to the Ethics Management Office, maintain confidentiality, and ensure that no retaliation or personnel harm occurs.
  • 5. All employees communicate based on this policy, and we disseminate and share it so all stakeholders can recognize it.
  • 6. We establish anti-corruption goals and continuously improve to achieve this policy.
  • 7. The anti-corruption officer is granted independent responsibility and authority related to preventing corruption and bribery, and enhances trust in our company's anti-corruption work.
