The new Gangbuk-gu government office should play an important role as a 'public building' that connects nature and the city. This area is where streets that people want to walk and pedestrian axes meet, and it is a high-density development area centered on low-rise buildings with concentrated neighborhood facilities. The existing traditional government office form did not fully reflect the diverse life demands of citizens. Therefore, it is very important to provide spaces for rest and communication beyond simple physical expansion. We propose 'Gangbuk Samgyeong,' a combination of natural elements, urban organization, and innovative architectural concepts. This concept will integrate natural landscapes into the architecture, providing residents with a pleasant living environment and offering visitors a new experience. 'Gangbuk Samgyeong' will create spaces where nature can be experienced in the daily life of the city, strengthen the identity of Gangbuk-gu, and become a central place for the community.
