The project integrates surrounding residential areas, natural landscapes, and commercial zones, creating a mixed-use complex that reflects Songdo’s unique urban characteristics by connecting the city, nature, people, and culture. The commercial spaces are designed as environments for consuming ‘time’ rather than just products, offering new cultural experiences. Residential spaces feature functional and marketable designs, including 4BAY and 5BAY units, providing panoramic views of Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and the surrounding natural scenery. The façade design evolves with pedestrian flows, presenting a dynamic and innovative identity for the complex.
