Completed in 1997, this building undergoes remodeling to address outdated systems and meet evolving social demands. The outdated equipment and plumbing are replaced to improve energy efficiency, while elevators, disability access features, staff rest areas, and restrooms are remodeled to enhance the overall performance of the building. Located along the road, the building’s façade is designed with horizontal bands and a full curtain wall to maximize openness, and the design of the public areas on the first floor is specially enhanced to elevate the quality of the space.
