These Construction Manager capabilities enable successful project execution through cost reduction, shortened schedules, improved construction quality, and the achievement of zero accidents.

POSCO A&C's Plant CM has been exclusively responsible for construction management (CM) of new equipment installation and renovation projects from the early construction phases of POSCO's Pohang and Gwangyang Steel Works to the present.
We have accumulated outstanding technical expertise and know-how in the Plant CM field through participation in POSCO's various overseas projects, including integrated steel mill construction projects in Brazil and Indonesia.
Based on this foundation, we are expanding our business scope to all domestic and international plant sectors, including Group companies' energy, power generation, and secondary battery material plants.
Additionally, by developing and applying Smart CM Platform®, an online integrated construction project management system, to construction management, we provide digitized information to all stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, and enhance the speed and soundness of decision-making processes.

This accumulated data (Big Data) dramatically reduces trial and error when executing repetitive or similar projects, and provides opportunities for cost reduction, schedule shortening, and quality and safety assurance by providing relevant information in advance.
